Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 有受访房产测绘人士表示，预售商品房的面积是根据建筑设计图纸预测出来的，在房屋建设过程中，可能存在部分区域设计和施工调整，最终在房屋竣工后实际测绘时，产生面积差异，个别商品房项目甚至可能出现交房实测的公摊面积变化较大的情况。以套内面积计价，可以更好解决面积差异带来的房款结算问题，也可避免一些矛盾纠纷。
在崔光灿看来，把公摊面积计入建筑面积的计价方式，总体是有利于开发销售方。但目前我国住房供需关系已发生重大变化，住房销售中购房人的权益应该得到更多的保障，如果要改变为按套内面积计价的话，具备一定合理性。目前，“改变计价模式”在法律层面已不存在障碍，但在实践中，仍需开发企业等多方配合。
杨伟斌也表示，目前来看，特斯拉FSD在华落地已指日可待。“特斯拉采用了纯视觉技术，没有搭载毫米波雷达，理论上可以做到最低成本，有利于未来市场推广应用。”杨伟斌表示，特斯拉FSD与国内自动驾驶方案不同，进入国内市场后，将有利于多种技术方案对标，促进自动驾驶技术提升，起到“鲶鱼”作用。
