Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 英国雄心勃勃办的首届全球人工智能（AI）安全峰会即将于11月1日和2日召开，在英国筹办之初就冒出一个是否邀请中国参会以及中国会不会出席的问题。据英国媒体最新的报道，中国科技部副部长吴朝晖，还有来自中国外交部、科技公司和学术机构的代表，将应邀参会，与来自世界各国的同行就人工智能技术的安全发展等问题进行讨论，以期达成国际共识。
“短期来看，公积金相关政策仍是各地促进刚性和改善性住房需求入市、支持购房需求释放的重要举措，在降低购房成本的这一维度下，各地或将继续结合自身公积金使用的实际情况因城施策，推行‘商转公’政策的城市有望继续扩围。”中指研究院认为，整体来看，“商转公”在降低购房成本的同时，也有利于一定程度上释放居民消费潜力。
“广州的房票政策，客观上体现了城中村改造和安置工作发力的导向。说明目前市场热点城中村的改造在加速，且会更好地和房票结合。”严跃进说。
